Hi there-
I've had my full-face mask (a Resmed) for a year now, but I have only JUST developed a problem with nose sores. It's sore and painful where the mask hits the bridge of my nose. What can I do about this? I thought of just sticking a Bandaid on there at night... any experience with this? Or is a sore nose a good indication that it might be time for a new mask?
Thanks,
Grace

Not your stereotypical xpap user! 5 feet tall, healthy weight, female, and 23. I've had OSA undiagnosed at least since high school.
In addition to OSA, I also order up random food I don't like while I'm asleep.

Re: nose sores
try a friction block (by Bandaid).... somebody else found that it worked for rubs, or moleskin... which will pad the spot.
Re: nose sores
You can also go to http://www.padacheek.com and get a nose bridge protector. These can be washed and reused many times.
