One week in to a new beginning

Post by rickskids » Thu Oct 22, 2009 4:03 pm

It's been a tough week! Oh wait, I've been suffering with Apnea for years, what I meant to say was thank goodness I have started the journey. I appreciate all the help you guys can be to a newbie like myself. I have read so many posts and the wonderful answers that I really feel as if I'm not doing this on my own. I recently quit smoking after 28 years (Jan 4th 2009) and also was able to do it because of the support provided by like minded folks. Before I ask any stupid question I'll check to see if it has been answered before. I look forward to uninterrupted sleep in the near future.

Welcome to the journey. It's sometimes not easy, but totally worth it. As a newbie, I too, have benefited from the generous and wise people here. The tags--upper right, and the search function--upper left, are both very helpful for researching a particular topic. I've cut and pasted some to my hard drive, for future reference.
