New Hybrid User Has Pain. HELP!!!

I am happy to admit that I was wrong about the Hybrid. First some background. I have been using the Quattro since starting this magical mystery tour in July and I can't seem to stop the leaking around the eyes no matter what I tried. So the hunt for a new mask began. I asked for suggestions but said that I did not want anything sticking in my nose because I didn't think I could stand it. Boy was I wrong! After FullLife tanked in the trial, I decided to give the Hybrid a chance because of all the size options come in one package. I LOVE IT!!! My only problem is pain on my upper lip and at the base of my nose. I have the nipple cream that was suggested in another thread and am trying moleskin on the mask. Is this a case of my skin just needs to toughen up? Is there any thing else I could be doing? The top straps are as loose as I can make them. The over the head strap can be loosened but that seems to be the one holding the nasal pillows in place.
Sorry to ramble on. I thank everyone in advance who takes the time to read this and hopefully give me some much needed advice.
Once again I just want to admit that you all were right and I was (happily) wrong about the Hybrid.
