Well I am drawing the conclusion that there has to be something else (as happy as some seem to be with the machine they have) I don't have the recourse's to keep playing the 'this might work game' ... plus I can write a blog asking a question ...but finding it is a different story so that is why I am putting the word turtleharpsicord ..maybe I will be able to find this post has anyone tried zyrem? and what can I do to possibly wear this damn machine longer, other than try other machines or parts cause I just cant afford it...

Instead of writing such a nebulous post that tells us absolutely nothing about your apparent struggles with this therapy, why don't you tell us more about your damn machine, your damn mask and your damn pressure?
Maybe we could offer suggestions to help you with your damn therapy if we knew more about what you've already tried.
