You can relax I am 53 and started treatment when I was 32. The main thing is to read as much information provided at the top of this forum under "Our Wisdom", and then post questions that you may have. Education and compliance can help to ensure a long life!! A A A A

And I was only 48. If I had listened to my body, I would have started therapy when I was 38.

.....well, I was only 57, a year ago....never heard of it, either.
...yea...it was scary.

Now, I have a new life and it's just part of life.

....funny thing is....cpap can and will bring many new things into your life....
things that you would never expect.

All the best for you as the journey to your new life begins.

showdone, welcome to the forum. You will find lots of good information and help here.

I am 60, was diagnosed a few weeks ago,and have just had my 2nd night with cpap. Do your homework, ask when you need help, and you'll be fine.
