ResMEd S8 + Opus 360 Problems

Hi,

I have a ResMed S8 Autoset II machine with an FP Opus 360 mask, which I have had for a couple of weeks. I like the machine fine and the mask is unobtrusive, but I find that lately I've been having issues with a AHI scores between 5 and 9 (the AI score is consistently below 1) together with feeling pretty lousy in the mornings, and sleepy during the day.

I have fiddled with most of the settings, setting the range from 10-16 or 8-16 (my titrated pressure was 10, and it rarely if ever goes above 16) but it doesn't seem to help. Leak scores are 0.04 or thereabouts with the mask set to Swift, although one night it was 0.48. I've tried setting it to standard, but the scores and results are unchanged.

Any idea what I can try to remedy this? I wonder if it's the mask that's the issue -- it seems to make noises like it's wet or something, even though it seems to be dry and I'm not having condensation issues.

On a secondary note, does anybody know a source for the ResMed software? It seems that CPAP.com can no longer sell it.
