What was my machine thinking last night?

Post by millich » Sat Oct 10, 2009 1:48 pm

It seems we've had a run of "has my machine gone crazy?" posts lately. Here is another. From last night's data, it looks like fairly early in the night, the pressure went up and stayed up due to flow limitations. Closer to morning, I had a run of apneas that were severe enough to make me open my mouth repeatedly (the noise of air escaping wakes me up immediately and I close my mouth). Judging from the graph, it looks like the machine was slow to raise the pressure and, when it did, the pressure wasn't raised much.

OTOH, the apneas disappeared (I probably rolled over) so I suppose it did it's job. It just looked weird to me. Any thoughts? I've had a-flex set on 2 lately. I'll probably decrease it to 1. Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance!!!
