ResSan 3.7 won't install on 64-bit machine

ResSan 3.7 won't install on 64-bit machine

I am trying to install ResScan_3.7.exe on my 64-bit Windows XP, and all goes well until it finally says "must be installed on an XP" and then termnates.

Perhaps I have a defective copy of this file? (It was downloaded from the WWW).

If anyone can point me to another copy of the software which might work on a 64-bit machine, I would appreciate it, thanks.
