One part white wine vinagar to three parts water is a good way to clean your hoses and your humidifier chamber, but I wouldn't get a mask cushion or nasal pillows anywhere near vinager.

Hello All,
Baby Shampoo and warm water has worked great for 15 years. If you need to disinfect follow Titrator's suggestion. Stay away from soaps that have anything added like anti-bacterial......

Baby shampoo is an excellent way to clean and if you go to the dollar store the generic can be very affortable.
