Please someone Encore down load

I've been trying to down load encore software, on my laptop windows are vista, and 64 bits, I get to one point were it
said encore failed, then it asks for a login and password, What I'm I suppose to put in those two places, I'm just having a hard
time with it, Any suggestions?

What version of Encore are you trying to install?
