encore viewer software

Just bought pcmcia card mako Lt-4000. It came with software by respironics ver 2.0
setup file said i still need encore pro ver 1.3 or better installed first. where is this software located.
have drivers for card reader they work but can not read data on smart card. where do i find a patient version of
encore pro viewer?
