I was recently given Deplin, L-Methylfolate, in conjuntion with my Lexapro. I've read that it really helps with depression because some people's body's do not process folic acid properly. People who take this report feeling much better. I'll let you know how it works.
Anyone try this yet?

Interesting read! http://www.deplin.com/
Did your doc send you in for any blood work? Keep us posted on your experience.
From WebMD:
Folic acid deficiency can result in a type of anemia called megaloblastic anemia. Mild folic acid deficiency usually does not cause any symptoms. Severe folic acid deficiency may cause a sore tongue, diarrhea, headaches, weakness, forgetfulness, and fatigue.

Re: Anyone else on Deplin?
I have recently been reading about L-methylfolate (which was available as a supplement until it became a prescription drug - Deplin). So, yes, I'd really like to hear about your experiences with it.
