I've been using Pur-Sleep for a while now. Because of my sinuses, I use three or four drops of Clear. I really like it.

Raggedy, what an adorable photo of your cat!! Either your camera has a very fast shutter, or he's quite the model. Or both? What's his name?

Re the suffocating feeling, I only felt that when my pressure wasn't high enough. But I'm not at all claustrophobic.
