Lori, I'm happy to hear that you finally had a good night again. I wonder if you were making too many changes all at once (pressure, Dr. Sue's device, etc.) and it was too distracting.
Whenever possible I try to change only one thing at a time (both in my work and in my treatment), test and verify, then go on to the next item. Now that you had a good nights sleep my recommendation would be to leave things be for a few nights -- at least 3 and more would be better. Then if everything has stabilized try adding Dr. Sue's device again.
If nothing else, leave it be for a few nights to catch up on the sleep you've been missing.

Sorry, Lori, when I see PSG, I equate that to the diagnostic part of the study, and that there were additional results that reflected the therapeutic portion, or CPAP segment.

Dave, no need to apologize. Was using the PSG only to reference when I had the study done. I only asked for a copy of the first study, and then I went back for the titration portion. I really should get a copy of that report, too, as it is probably just, if not more, as important as the first part.
I know they never addressed the PLMD when all was said and done, but I did. When I realized that was the biggest part of my arousals at night, I called my doctor and asked her why did they do nothing for that and just address the SDB issue. She told me, at that time, that a lot of times the PLMD goes away with CPAP therapy and if I wasn't better in a month, they'd put me on something since by then I should be feeling better as far as the OSA went. I never needed to call back because I felt better in a week to 10 days and stayed that way until just this past week or so.
WAF, you are right. I will stay on this setting regardless now and not change a thing, even the Tegaderm. If it works, it works. Don't fix what's not broken. So I'm snoring. Used to think it was a bad thing and had to raise the pressure to try to eliminate it. But feeling good is far more important than a snore index, at least to me after just going through this all.
