Yes, it shows initials, which was the patient ID I put into Encore Pro.

I was thinking that not allowing it to install was a problem.

Hi, If the program runs then its working ok. I just looked at what machine your using, its an ASV. EPA doesn't work with the ASV as I never added support for it. I hope to someday. Sorry for all your problems, I should have noticed that sooner.

Well, here's my story!
I've had a Gateway laptop pc for 2 or 3 years now with Vista, i've tried for 2 years to get my Encore Pro 1.8i installed on it and never could until last month, yea! Then I installed the card reader, yea, and then James Encore Pro Analyzer, yeaaa, I finally had it all until ONE DAY, I decided to buy another gig of memory since I only had 1 gig in this thing & it holds a max of 2 gigs, yes I no, that bites but back to my story so, I installed it into my Vista 32 bit laptop & suddenly, my Encore Pro quits working so I uninstalled, installed, uninstalled, installed, uninstalled, installed, etc. and now the error is it can't back up files into my Encore Pro Back-Up folder and to contact customer support, errrrrrr !
So I am very upset to say the least, I like to keep my data on this laptop & have the option to see my data when I go out of town, vacation, etc...
James or anyone know what the heck is going on??? Has anyone else got this error???
Thanks,
SNM

Hi James,

What do you use for analysis of your data, since you have an ASV, too? I was really hoping to get Analyzer working and to see what other info could come out the data. The Respironics reports are not the be-all, end-all for me.

Anyway, thanks for your response. At least I no longer need to struggle with Analyzer, now I'm just fighting with the card reader and Encore Pro.

Please let me know when you make Analyzer support the ASV machines.

What application exactly is giving you this error? Encore Pro?

Guess I need to update my profile. I stopped using ASV in June. I was just using Encore Pro at that point. I have been meaning to see how much work it would be to add ASV support but have not got around to it yet. I would probably look at adding Encore Viewer support first as I am sure there are many more using Viewer than ASV?

Hi James,

You are right, many, many more must be using Encore Viewer than use the ASVs. I guess they should come first.

Were you on an ASV for centrals? That's my reason.

Happy Naps,
Mr Capers

Yes for centrals. I have complex sleep apnea. Hopefully the centrals are stopped now that I am off CPAP (I'm using a dental device now). I need to get retested to make sure.

Hi James,

My hopes for no more centrals for you

Don't forget us xPAP'ers if you get well. Hang out, post from time to time, keep messing with the software, have a good time

Happy Naps,
Mr Capers
