Glad to hear that! We have worked hard lately to be really customer focused! They even give rewards like cruises to people who shine in the field.

However I am flying on a standby pass - I work for Air Canada
Which makes flying much more of an adventure (except once I got bumped to first class)! My luggage often doesn't make it on the same flight as me - so I fly with a change of clothes - I guess this time it will be just underwear.

However the price is right.
