how do you shut your mouth? which tape do you use?

for people who tape their mouth, which tape do you use?
just concerned about allergy, or skin irritation, do you use reqular shipping tape??!!!

I use sports tape from the local sports equipment store. It is breathable - but not too sticky or painful in the morning when taking it off. So sometimes when I end up with the blowfish mouthful of air, I can actually breathe it out thru the tape - yet the tape keeps my mouth closed otherwise. I have tried many many tapes and found this to be the best. Good luck.

well one way to do this can be to try a mask that's full face that helps with it.

the forma ff mask by f&p kind of cups the lower part of your jaw and it keeps my mouth shut.
I have an overbite and it seems to keep my mouth closed quite well.
