Gottcha, While I knew this in the back of my brain hadn't thought about the practical aspects of what happens because hadn't seen it in action. This is where it would be nice if TD had a machine like mine and the software so we could see the Flow limitations and snores or their absence.
Would the Respironics auto still do the same thing or is its algorithm different enough to go above 10 cm?
The Resprionics algorithm is different, if It would raise the pressure, and stop when it figured out it goofed, that is when it got about 6 apneas not responding to pressure. Then it would drop.
TD, since you only slept 3 hours. it may well be that your titration pressure is too low, and need more pressure when you sleep longer, deeper and dream, at home.
ResScan will show snore and flow limitations only when and additional module is used, called ResLink. Otherwise it shows apneas, hypopneas leaks and pressure variations. I also shows the length of each apnea.
Try to get you PSG results - they belong to you.
Correction on the EPR - I mean EPR=3 of course.
O.
And now here is my secret, a very simple secret; it is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye.
