I have just started using my cpap and I can't believe the difference that it has made. I am still getting used to it and after couple more adjustments to mask I think I will be set.
Can anyone tell me if there is something that would help with waking up with dry mouth.

new to cpap too
I have only had mine for 5 days. Sorry no dry mouth help. Do you have one with a humidifier? Maybe you could turn it up a little to get more moisture in the air. I sure hope the benifits out weight the trouble. I am having problems with wondering if my mask is too big for me, air leaking too much or not enough to worry about, noise level ok and hope the rest will balance out. I am still trying to get used to it. I am thinking of looking into those nose pillows types. They look like they would be more comfortable and less likely to leak.
Any and all advice wanted.

Welcome bulldoger,
Glad to hear cpap is working for you. What mask are you using? Are you using a heated humidifier? Your dry mouth may be caused by low humidity or also you may be mouth breathing during the night. The solution people on the forum have used is to either get a full face mask or to devise some kind of mouth closure. I use an adhesive silicone pad (Curad Scar Therapy) to "tape" my mouth closed.
