Married & at home raising 4 kids for 22 years. Consider that my 'retirement', and would not go back there, lovely as it was at the time.

Now mother of 4, grandmother of (currently) 6. Cupcake baker!

By working day an internal Account/Contract Manager with major (US) technology company on a complex consolidated offering. Love it. I guess if I'd been working for 30 years I'd be looking forward to retirement, but as it is, no way.

One day they'll come in to find me petrified (the turned to stone kind, for you youngsters!) and covered in cobwebs. Keeps me off the streets anyway!

What a diverse lot we are!

I am a sewerage system designer

And don't laugh. It may be shit to you but it's my bread and butter.

Or to put it another way - without your shit, I'd go hungry
Us tapirs like to stir the pot, so to speak.

What do I really do? I run a family business, a printing business, and no, we do not print money so don't bother asking for samples

I'm the admin. asst. and receptionist for a large copier company. As of June, 2009, I have been working here 5 years.
So you get one chance in a lifetime to spend time with the sexiest man of the Boeshane Peninsula or traveling around in a TARDIS. Which would you choose?

I am a Nurse as well as a Paramedic. REALLY messed up shift schedule some 8, 10, 12 and 14 hours shifts. I think I met myself coming the other way.

Wife is 3 year survivor of breast cancer and our son is 5. I am so fried. Just got diagnosed with this OSA. Can't figure it out, I am fit, and generally healthy although my health reserves are in the basement. I guess the rest of the story is for another post. Good to learn I am not alone and that the psycho/social symptoms are more than likely due to OSA than a major personality disorder. Reply back please I really need the support with this. Thanks!

Retired Construction Estimator. I was terrible doing math in a classroom in school and if you had told me what I would end up doing I would have laughed at you. It is amazing the difference between real world and classroom. Wrote several estimating spreadsheets over the years for different trades.

BTW, I still don't get classroom math.

You aren't alone by any means. Oh, do I know and I am glad I don't have to deal with that any more.
