Just a suggestion(I'm no expert),since you had a good night why don't you keep the pressure at 12cms to get a few nights under your belt and see how you do. Sometimes a one-night titration in a sleep lab setting doesn't always tell the whole story. If necessary, you can always raise the pressure in small increments for a few nights at a time to get a more accurate picture.. My husband was titrated at 13cms in the lab but never was comfortable at that pressure so we lowered it to 11cms and now does very well at 12cms. It just takes a little patience and trial and error and asking lots of questions. Keep us updated.

Does your machine have the ability to "auto adjust"? I know some of them do.

Update

Finally got ahold of someone in the sleeplab who cared She called the DME and lit a fire under them and hand delivered a copy of my sleep study to my Dr and told him he needed to call as I had some problems and questions.

The result, the Dr called and said I have severe obstuctive SA with 47 apnea events per hour supine. He also said my O2 sat dropped by (to?) 75% He reccomended I try a nasal mask and if I sleep on my side, I could drop the pressure to 14.

Then the DME called and said they would switch out my Escape II for an Elite II as soon as their new shipment came in

Just gotta find the right person to talk too!!!

Good going, Plum. I'm glad you're getting a new machine and that you got to speak to the Dr. Now you should make sure you have a copy of your report and the RX. Good luck.
