Gas problems

I have been using a CPAP system for over two years and have noticed as of late that I am more flatulent (internal bowels gas problems) can using a CPAP system force air into your stomach and cause this problem and has anyone else noticed this.

Yes it's common. It has almost cleared up for me. I don't know why.
