I'm so glad you're seeing an improvement, Stanps! Any chance you are taking antidepressants? Sometimes they can cause middle of the night awakenings.

Nope, not an any meds at all. I do think though that stress/anxety/depression plays a role in my sleeping problems, in addition to the purely physical causes.
