Oh, so what shall I buy? I really do want to see all the reports. Will my insurance cover this software? I will have to contact them.

I do feel better, but I may feel even better if I can get all the adjustments correct. At the time of my sleep study, I was told that I held my breath more than 90 times in an hour, and that my oxygen level was 68%. That means that I have severe sleep apnea. Using the CPAP, how do I know if I am still holding my breath?

My Dr. never gave me a prescripton, or any printouts or paperwork on my test results. I think I should get those, don't you?

By the way, what does titration mean?
