Software what is it and how do I get it??

Post by swtsassy65 » Tue Aug 30, 2005 8:06 pm

Ok I will admit I am kind of lost. What is the software everyone keeps talking about? How do I get it? is it something I should ask my dk about??
I have yet to see my sleep dktr but do have a apt on the 9th.
Do I need a prescription for it?? Will most insurances pay for it or do we have to out of our pockets?

Yea you might need it. Order from cpap.com for your specific unit. Doc will just say especially if he has a sleep clinic ...

I see you might have the respironics plus(I saw the picture of the machine in your post). you will not be able to use the software with that machine. You will either need the remstar auto or the old pro2 or the new pro machine to get the benefits of the software

for remstar

for resmed

Here is the machine you need to get the data, well worth the price
