Actually, the guy may have been medical personnel, but he definitely was not professional!!!! Sorry you had such a horrible time, and i hope the rest of this goes better for you, and that you can get the help you need with your sleep therapy!!
Honestly, I would find out what board governs PA's in your state, and file a complaint against him . I believe PA's are nurses, so it would probably be the board of nursing for your state. NO human being deserves to be treated that way!!!

Buy a bottle of 90% Isopropyl Alcohol at WalMart and use it to clean the oil off of your nose where the Breathe Rite strips stick on the ends and they will stay on all night! Ask them if they start to issue you a CPAP machine if it is "Data Capable" and will read your Apneas on the screen each night so you can see how well your therapy is working.
