Ditto. Well, somtimes by 10am. And I take deep pleasure in each of them.

I thought you were an activa man, do you switch off? I am due a new mask through insurance and like my activa, but have small leak problems and want a back up. Would you recommend swift over breeze? Or a nasal pillow mask backup versus a full nasal mask?????

but I know I'm not drinking enough water. Trying to change that
.

I always found it difficult to understand how drinking water would help you to lose weight and get rid of excess water, but it truly does. I like to describe it as the only to give your insides a bath. It flushes out impurities and hydrates your body.
I hated water my whole life, When I had an illness years ago that gave me calcium kidney stones, which are razor-like and very painful, they told me I had to drink a lot of water to keep the calicum crystals that were coming out of my bones, into my bloodstream from becoming stones. Even with that problem, I couldn't stomach it and didn't drink it.
Now, this is all I want to drink. It's like my body is trying to tell me something. It's a wonderful habit to get into instead of all the garbage they put into sodas and soft drinks.

HI Lori,
I find that I actually crave water...especially when I'm home. I drink 2 or 3 cups of coffee in the morning and then, usually, water. Sometimes I have a diet coke but only 1 and not every day.

Amy,

It like when you're pregnant and they say the things you crave can have a strong relation to a deficiency that you have? One of my pregnancies, I craved, and I mean craved, lemons. I would sit down with one and a sharp knife, slice it up, suck the juice out and eat the pulp, until there was nothing left but peel. I was told I probably needed vitaminc C. I crave water, too, and I am so glad as this is the first time in my life that I enjoy drinking it.

I used to see all the yuppies walking around with their bottled water and think to myself, "Why?" Now I'm one of those people constantly drinking it. Thank goodness for my refrigerator with the build-in PUR water filter. Never have to worry about bottled water, although the filter replacement costs $40!!! But if you add up all the money you save on bottled water, it's really worth it. And it filters the ice, too, so it tastes just as great as the water.

Look at all I just wrote about water! I could write a novel about a grain of sand, I'll bet. Do I ever shut up???
