olch2x8.ocx file missing

Lately, when I open encorpro v1.865 for the first time each day I get a popup from ComponentOne about registering. I can close the pop up window and encorepro will display all charts just as it always has. I have been using the software for with out this pop up for 9 months. I checked my encorepro folder and it does not have the olch2x8.ocx file in it and checking my backups over the last 3 months the file has never been in there. I have found postings about registering with command prompt if the file is in the encore folder but it does not say what to do if the file is missing. any ideas how to stop the popup from componentOne?
