Software for M Series Pro

Hello all,
Update on my situation, after finding out that I had the Compliance only M-series Plus machine, I was able to get the company to switch out the machine but I have to have my Doctor call in a new prescription. Now just waiting for that. I now want to order the software / card reader package from cpap.com. The software is listed as Encore Viewer 1.0, usb smart card readerfor $199.00. Is this the right software?

Great! You are getting a Pro. I think it is riduculous that you need a new prescription, however, some DMEs are like that!

That's the right software and reader! You'll be glad you go It!
