Actually the Winix 9000 was the air cleaner that I was looking to get up until I went for the Kenmore EnviroSense instead. At the time...it was because the Kenmore had similar features and was on sale...got the first one near July 4th...the second one was President's Day weekend. I was still considering a Winix 9000 before I ended up with a second Kenmore EnviroSense.

Its the one that has a Light Sensor.

Thanks a lot for all of the pointers.

It gives me a lot to think about. I move a lot, so I think I'm really going to have to ponder this. Here in Korea, Healthmate Jr's are close to double the price. Ouch.

In any case, that Sylvane link lays out the options quite nicely.

Will refer to that and this thread when the time comes.

Thanks again.

Air purifiers are especially important to people who suffer from asthma, allergies, or other sensitivities to air pollutants. Choosing the right air purifier can be difficult, but, by understanding key differences, individuals can make educated decisions based on their unique needs.

I also own a Air Purifier. My Air purifier is stylish and also expensive but it is really helpful to my family. Two of my kids have allergy and they really need this purifier. This appliance is really worth it and really amazing.
