cpaptalk.com Work In Progress - Please Report Errors

Post by forumadmin » Wed Aug 24, 2005 3:58 pm

Howdy,

We're doing some behind the scenes work today on cpaptalk. If you get any errors, please copy them and paste them into this thread or PM forumadmin with them.

Thanks very much!

Johnny

I Broke cpaptalk.com!!!

Post by TXKajun » Wed Aug 24, 2005 4:03 pm

When I try to mark all topics read, I get "INSERT INTO cpaptalkPageTrackingTbl (Session_ID, IPAddress, WebpageUrl) VALUES ('','198.59.163.2','/viewforum.php?f=1&mark=topics') Table 'secure_cpaptalk.cpaptalkPageTrackingTbl' doesn't exist"

I'm sorry I broke cpaptalk.com! I promise I won't do it again!!

And now when I try to post it says "Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password: NO) in /usr/www/users/secure/cpaptalk.com/db/mysql4.php on line 48
message_die() was called multiple times. This isn't supposed to happen. Was message_die() used in page_tail.php?"

Yikes!

That last one is Theo outputting a message to himself to figure out which of the conditions the script met.

R&R mentioned that he liked the "never a dull moment" part of cpaptalk - Theo's giving us a little of that, coder style.

it may have, it depends on what your definition of "this" is and what your definition of "works" is
