My first data!

The "Average" data I was getting off the machine was, as I suspected, not accurate even though I cleared the data each day. It uses some weird logic to average a single session. Anyway, I got the real numbers now.

Looks like I started out ok, then it went south. I think the little breaks in the red line are where I woke up and turned of the machine for a minute. Looks like about just after 5AM I must have lost my seal and did some tossing about. I am only a few weeks into this and still wake up a lot during the night. Any opinions?

Looks OK to me. Not every night is going to be a (totally) flat leak line. Lots of us don't have a clue while we're asleep......and it's only after we see the reports that we become aware of these things.

This therapy is based on "averages" and "how we feel". If we see things in the reports that are repetitive, and eventually point to problems, then we need to try to find solutions.

I've had nights with massive leaks that I never was aware of until I saw my reports in the morning. Looking at these reports reminds me of the line in "Forrest Gump"........it's like a box of chocolates.

Hmmm, well I felt pretty good today. I will watch this data for a while and see what happens. I am always curious though. Do most of you guys look at your data daily?

I can't speak for "most", but for me, it's been part of my morning ritual while I'm waiting for my morning coffee to brew.
I'm also curious to see if there were any things that happened that I wasn't aware of (like large leaks) and to see if "how I feel" matches my reports.

I am with Den. Checking my data is part of my morning ritual. Just curious if something I did different may make a any noticeable difference.. Right now experimenting with some stringent staying on my side stuff, then last night didn't tape to see if I got mouth leaks that were huge.

I just have to see what is going on.
