ResMed S8 VPAP Auto 25 vs Respirtronics M Series Auto BiPAP
I have to buy this thing out of pocket, so I'd like to get the best I can. Anyone have any thoughts? It seems from previous posts to be a toss up, but just wondering if anyone that uses them has any recommendations?

I use the VPAP Auto, the predecessor to the Auto 25, and I like it. I've always wanted to try the Auto BiPAP, but have never had the pleasure.
They do work a little differently from each other in how they go about things, but it seems they can both get the job done for most people.
I would say that if you plan to do a lot of posting of software charts here for comments and all that, you might want to lean toward the Respironics. If you are into convenience, uncluttered simplicity, and getting good useful data right from the screen without having to bother with the software stuff, you might want to lean toward the ResMed. But that's just one man's opinion.

Seeing as you've already got the Plus humidifier... I'd go with the Respironics. Otherwise, you'll have to buy a new humidifier as well.
