
Last night felt pretty bad....though the data would suggest otherwise. The night before seemed pretty good, though the data also differs.
Sure, I knew last night might be a little rough since I slept nearly 12 hours the night before. But, AHI 2.2 is the worst I've had in a long time. Though average since DME visit and card getting wiped is 1.7.
I had expected to higher than normal leaks for last night...because I was trying to side sleep, which always means leaks now. And, I woke up to strange dream and sore throat. I have a bit of a cough and runny nose, guess I caught a summer cold.
Guess I'm at the point where it is time to search for a pillow....
Problem, is that most side sleep mask pillows seem to require you to sleep on your side exclusively. And, are definitely not suited for back sleeping. But, I'm primarily a back sleeper (and I need extra neck support, otherwise I get sore neck)....but I will roll on my side during the night (otherwise lower back will be sore). Had pillow that kind of worked for side & back, though was having pain in neck and shoulders. So switched to different pillow, neck better...but the mask pulls away when I side sleep and breaks seal from one nostril. Was wondering of buckwheat pillow might be the way to go....though not really in the spending mood right now and probably for the rest of the year. Unless I knew with greater certainty that the next pillow I buy will solve my problems.
On the other side, I've also been head/face sweating a lot more lately. Maybe I'll move another fan into the bedroom....
Well, off to clean equipment...and then be lazy...
