My Sides HURT! HELP PLease!

Post by FatiguedMe » Fri Jul 03, 2009 7:48 am

Has anyone woken up with your sides hurting? Is this common? I feel awful today and I am not sure what happened. I don't read my card until after 12 noon. I will know more then, just wondering if this has happened to anyone else? What it was?
Thank you for any replies!

You don't have to wait until after noon to read your card. I remove my card about 15 minutes after I get up in the morning and all the data is there.

If you remove it before noon, at least you will be able to see your data and that might give you clues to the side aches.

pain sometimes happens with new users as they adapt to the extra breathing effort needed

Thank you both for your replies! Thank goodness the pain doesn't last all day, and it doesn't happen every day. Just kind of freaks me out when I wake up like that.
Again Thank you very much.

When I 1st started I had muscle soreness from using muscles I guess I hadn't for some time. As in breathing more deeply. Have you recently increased you pressure?

Do you belch or have excess gas when you have this pain? If you do and this continues let your doc know they will need to lower your pressure.
