Software Question

I just got my software and reader today. I was so excited. I installed it ok. I also installed Derek's software which is so cool compared to the software from Respironics. THe respironics software showed very limited info (unless I did it wrong). But my question is this regarding Derek's software. On 8/10/05 my machine was set at my request from 8 to 12. So there is a reading on the 10th of my high line and my low line. Then from the 11th to the 15th there is no reading because the machine was in transit. So I have data from 8/15 till last night 8/22. But when I go to print up the charts in Derek's software, I can't get any data to print or show up on the monitor except 8/20 thru 8/22. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?
