My mouth tape - practical tips

This is my mouth tape - a practical tip. I measure and cut 3M Micropore strips in advance then
stick it onto a cling wrap roll. This elinimates the hassle of doing it every night. The
small white strip in the centre is a one layer Kleenex (the width and length of your lips).
That is to prevent sore lips. I also use lip balm before I put the tape on. To take it off
pull very slowly or rub and wash with face wash (do not use soap). The roll of cling wrap
is re-useable. GoodDay

Interesting, but confusing. If you're sticking the tape to the cling wrap, how do you then stick it to your face?
Veni, vidi, Velcro. I came, I saw, I stuck around.

Dx 11/07: AHI 107, central apnea, Cheyne Stokes respiration, moderate-severe O2 desats. (Simple OSA would be too easy. ;))

PR S1 ASV 950, DreamWear mask, F&P 150 humidifier, O2 @ 2L.

Bleepy - I put the sticky side of the micropore onto the cling wrap. To use, you simply pull the tape from the cling wrap.
There is no stickiness lost in this way.

I thought the cling wrap would be permanently stuck to the tape. Thanks for the explanation. Good tip for the mouth-tapers in the crowd.

BB,

I thought the same thing! When I have stuck regular tape to cling wrap and tried to peel it off, it tore the cling wrap, but stuck solidly. Of course, I haven't tried it with micropore tape. Good tip. It might work with parchment paper or wax paper, too.

The cloth micropore tape that I use is microperforated every 2 inches. I just tear off a 4 inch piece, no cutting needed. It doesn't peel the skin off with it, either. But it does leave sticky residue on my face. Easy enough to remove, though.
