I felt that it was only due that a follow-up be posted so this issue could be laid to rest.
I can say from the phone call I had with Bonnie and through the correspondence I have had with Johnny, that my feelings that CPAP.com had lost it's sense of customer service, were unfounded. They fact that they took the time to talk with me and let my air my complaints in an open forum and discuss it with me was very admirable. I even suggested to Johnny that this topic be removed, but he recommended that it say up to show that he doesn't moderate the bad. I admire that and felt compelled to make this post to close the matter for anyone reading it.
Thank you CPAP.com, Bonnie and Johnny for reassuring me that customer service and good work ethic still reside in the marketplace. You have earned a life-long customer....and that will be a while seeing as I am only 28.
