how good are cpap/apap machines at measuring ahi?

Lori The algorithm is the set of rules the machine was given by its inventors. Different machines have different algorithms - they are part of their patents.

Since these machines are doing signal processing (something I'm very familiar with) on the rythm of our breathing, we could say that they are using algorythms .
