I would like to hear from people using a nasal pillow mask with a RESMED VPAP Adapt SV. Specifically, I'd like to know the following:
1. Type of Nasal Pillow Mask
2. Does the wearer have sinus problems
3. How is your nasal pillow mask working with this machine.

Hmmm, I didn't think nasal pillows masks were viable with the Vpap Adapt SV ( but I could be wrong).
I can see the machine doing somersaults tryng to regulate the airflow & sample the pressure near the mask.
Especially if the user has sinus problems.
I'll take a look at the specs again but was sure no nasal pillows. Also do you run the 'mask training' test as that
weeds out mask types the machine can't work with. The test can be run by anyone & involves leaving the mask
on the bed (not on your face) & running a test off the menu. The test sends incresing bursts of pressure down
the airline & samples the pressure feedback. If it can work with the mask it say so on the menu.
Good luck

Yes, I run the test. They have a new installation part on the side of the pillows the rubber tubing runs into. RESMED has designed it.
