H, That really did help because you gave me a number to use for comparison. Never knew whether to use Avg or 90%. Going back to all the times we've gone from Cpap at 12 to Auto at 11-13 for a few weeks, the Avg pressure always ranges between 11.2-11.8, never higher except one night it was 12 with LL and snores. So by your estimation, a cpap pressure of 12 should cover the bases or we're right in the ballpark leaving it at 11-13. Hope I got that right. Thanks.

Yes, I think a straight cpap of 12 cm for Mike is a good setting. In the auto mode 11 cm to 13 cm sounds good as well unless he is bumping up against 13 cm a lot or spending a lot of the night at 13 cm. If that were the case,I would raise the maximum pressure to 14 or 15 in the auto mode. I've been noticing that you have mentioned AHIs below 1 and that's good. These settings (straight cpap 12 and auto 11 to 13) then, seem to be working well for Mike's apnea right now anyway!
