Mouth piece for snoring

I was just curious about a mouth piece made for snoring if anyone has tried this. I was diagnosed with o s a a mild case and from looking at the website it looks like something to try. It did explain that people w/ o s a have tried it and works but thought I would ask if anybody out here have any thoughts on it? Since being diagnosed a little over a yr. ago I have yet to master the mask. It's like I have to stay in one position and if I move the darn thing moves all over my face and I get very frustrted with it. I switched doctors and he has set me up with my 2nd study but I really dont wanna take it right now, I was wanting to try this mouth piece out and see. Anybody with suggestions please let me know... Thanks.

My husband has one of those mouth pieces. It helped with the snoring somewhat. HOWEVER, it did not help at all with his OSA. He now wears his mouthpiece while using CPAP and that's a pretty good deal.
You have the wrong mask. Either that, or you may be missing something in the proper way to wear it.
