For Sale BiPAP Auto M series

Sorry if this is in the wrong place. I have a 1-1/2 year old BiPAP M series machine with a flex fit mask for sale. The machine is no longer needed, I bought it new for a friend and now would like to sell it. Any inquiries or help would be appreciated. I live in Costa Rica but am here in the US for 2 weeks so want to do this ASAP before I return. Thanks

i would avoid anyone who tries to sell something in their very 1st post. maybe evn 1st 100 posts or so
