That's AWESOME!!! Good for him...My wife Rosy has lost 60lbs. since just before, and after, her heart surgery. She says she can't believe how much better she gets around, and how much better she feels.. I'm the same weight as I've been for 14 years, I think I would like to loose 20lbs. but it never seems to happen. Dr. said it's good that I stay the same all the time instead of up & down. I used to loose 40-50 lbs. then gain it all back. I guess that's pretty hard on your system.. Son had his sleep test last night, he's waiting for them to give him his results. Sounds like he has sleep apnea also. Maybe I can be of some help and encouragement to him..

Think about splitting the cost of the software and card reader. I have a friend who occasionally stops by to have me read her card. (Did that sound vulgar?)

Son lives 100 Mi. away, so it might be a problem. No, I think reading her card sounds just fine, at least to me..

Seroquel is very sedating. I'm surprised that between the Lorazepam and Seroquel that you're awake during the day.

i have been on lorzepam for a few years only use it at night. serquel i have only been on for a few months. they are sedating but it is only way i am able to get sleep. the serquel is for bi-polar. was on lamictal, had to change that because of insurance.

Hi SleepyHead: I'm having enough trouble getting away from Ambien. Their ad says not addictive, but you get in the habit of taking it for sleep every night, and right now for me, I'm trying to due without it. I'm going to try and not take anything for sleep for a while and see if I can get my body adjusted. Thanks, Larry..
