I am trying to get an idea of which autopap will be the easiest to deal with. I am computer literate but don't really want to get really geeky with the software unless I have to. (I have more of a problem with mouth leaks than anything else) Since I live alone I need the feedback from an auto. any ideas? I am aware that different machines work differently but I guess it is between the remstar and the goodknight both of course with software.

I would not be so quick about seeing it as between the RemStar and the GoodKnight. There are advantages to the ResMed Spirit via it's Reslink module which can give your oxygen saturation info.
If at all possible, trial the different machines, using the same mask, for a week or more each. While all of the machines are good, this is the best, and only, way to find out which machine is best for you.
