Blower Hours????

Blower Hours????

I purchased a "New" m-series pro machine from a person I met on e-bay. It appears new and has no session hours on it. But has 15 blower hours recorded.Is this typical? Do they test the machines at the factory by letting them run? I plan to use this as a back-up machine and was just curious.

I have a brand new system from my doctor and it was the same with blower hours recorded.
