Full Face Masks and High Pressure

What full face mask do you suggest for high pressure CPAP (19cm)
I'm currently using a comfort gel and really cranking down on the headgear.

I have tried 5 full face masks. I was at 19 cm, and just went to 20 to try to cut down the snore rates (which did help). At 19, I had a lot of leak problems, and had to really crank them down. At 20, I couldn't get anything to work for me. I ended up going to the Swift LT. I am simply going to have to teach myself to keep my mouth closed.

The biggest issue that I had with any of the full face masks is all the air flow around my eyes from the exhaust ports being at the top of the nose bridge. The air movement drove me nuts. Even the hybrid mask had a lot of air movement by the eyes, and when it leaked, it would shoot jets of air right into my eyes. Another thing that drove me batty was how the full face mask up lift up and fall back down as I would breathe in and out due to the ups and downs of the bi-level pressure.

The Swift LT has been almost like a miracle cure for me. No mask lines, no red marks, no air blasts in the eyes. I was never able to get AHI down under 5 with a full face mask. I have not had an AHI over 1 since going to the Swift LT. The biggest difference is that I don't even feel the air pressure with the Swift, at least as long as I don't open my mouth.

Finally, the Swift was the cheapest of the bunch, cheaper then getting a new gasket for my Quatro.

Isn't the Swift LT a Nasal mask?

There are times I NEED to use a full face for extended times, especially when my sinuses are acting up.

Any help there?

Properly sized and adjusted, this one usually works at higher pressures.
(from my own personal experiences and those that I've read on the forum)
