I was the author of this post. I know I may be referred to as a "troll" for the way I brought forth my comments. Granted I was angry with the major cut down I received from Lola and "O" but I know that many more people related to this thread than care to admit it...that was quite obvious by the number of people who at least looked at it and read it.
I don't have time to write reams like some of you must have. And yes Lola, you have a unique situation with your obesity and I'm sorry to hear that. It appears you have moved on in life and for you, all I can say is well done. Maybe you are in the same circumstance O, I have no idea.
Many others like myself, need to "flip" on the switch that encourages them to get healthy and perhaps they will see some health gains and weight loss and improvements in their sleep apnea.
Yes we have come full circle with this thread but again, even though some of it seemed a bit like lashing out, I think we have concluded one thing...we are all different and what works for some may not work for others but we are heading down this road together and perhaps we can help one or two people along the way.
Since I started this post I at least want to give my progress report...am now down 14 pounds, lost 3 in the last few days. More importantly, am learning to eat healthy and yes, my OSA continues to improve.
