7 LAST NIGHT!!!

I got 7 hours of solid sleep last night. I never woke up one time. My AHI was 6.5 that's the lowest I've ever gotten. I almost feel good today!! That's the best nights sleep I've had in over 3 months!!! Larry..

Feels good doesn't it
I just looked at my last 5 nights average was 7.50 hours a far cry from when i used to pitch my mask after 2-3 hours during the first 2 weeks.
