My first monthly average on cpap

since I cant seem to get my card reader to work yet I have been keeping track of my numbers each day and putting them into a spreadsheet. I did an average of my data for April from the 9th, when I started, to the 30th. Here are the numbers and feel free to tell me what you think and if there is an area I need to work on.

AHI- 5.03
Leaks- 48.5 (my mask leak rate is 55)
Usage Hours- 4.8

I do need to concentrate on keeping clean shaven all of the time but I just hate shaving. I side sleep and am still working on finding the right pillow for me. I cannot figure out why I sometimes take my mask off while sleeping and also my job requires some long hours. We will usually get to the motel around 10:00-11:00 pm and are back up at 4:30 so I know that is throwing off my Usage Hours to a degree and there is nothing I can do to fix that. Arrrgh!
